Emergency boarding fees

We will pay up to $20 per day for the cost of boarding your pet at a licenced pet boarding facility if you are hospitalised for more than 5 days up to a maximum of $1,000 per year depending on your level of cover.

 

Overseas Pet Travel Insurance

We will pay for eligible veterinary costs that your pet has incurred whilst it is on holiday with you in destinations where your pet is not required to be quarantined on return to Australia.

 

Tick paralysis benefit

Exclusive to Petmate Executive, our tick paralysis benefit pays up to $500 for veterinary costs relating to the treatment of paralysis ticks.

 

Pet Health Dollars loyalty rewards

At Manchester Unity we like to reward the loyalty of our pet parents and the health of your pets with Pet Health Dollars loyalty rewards. If at your renewal date each year you haven't made a claim under your Petmate or Petmate Executive cover, we will reward you for having a healthy pet with up to $75 of Pet Health Dollars.

Your Pet Health Dollars can be used to reduce your annual per-condition excess, reduce your out of pocket expenses when you make an eligible claim, or top up your PetFit benefit.
