Our aged care facilities offer the best in low care, high care, extra services and dementia care for residents requiring more support and security. We operate under an Ageing-in-Place philosophy, enabling residents, where possible, to remain in their accommodation and receive the care that they may require as they get older, without the need to relocate.
Manchester Unity owns and manages two aged care facilities in NSW, Courtlands Village and Northcourt, both located in Sydney’s west at North Parramatta.
Both villages are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to facilitate the resident’s quality of life and uncompromising care for their individual needs. Day-to-day needs are conveniently met, together with 24-hour assistance, emotional support and rehabilitation support if needed. A wide variety of in-house activities, social programs and organised community outings are offered.
Courtlands Village caters for each resident’s needs by offering low care, high care, extra services and dementia care accommodation. Courtlands not only provides an excellent level of care, but also offers the residents a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities.
Northcourt has been designed to cater for residents requiring 24-hour high care. Residents enjoy the landscaped gardens, access to community facilities, rotating menus and the security of 24-hour emotional and medical support.
